Room and Board
At Southern Belle Poodles, we understand that sometimes families need a little extra time before bringing their puppy home. We are happy to continue caring for your puppy beyond their go-home date when arrangements are made in advance.
Puppies are typically ready to go home around 9β10 weeks of age, depending on their size, development, and individual needs.

πΈ Extended Stay (After 10 Weeks)
If your puppy remains with us past 10 weeks of age, a room & board fee will apply to cover their continued care.
This includes:
β’ Daily feeding and care
β’ Clean, safe, in-home environment
β’ Continued socialization and handling
β’ Basic routine upkeep

β’ $20 per day
β’ $120 per week

β¨ Important Policies
β’ Puppies must be paid in full by 10 weeks of age, even if they remain in our care beyond that time
β’ Extended stays must be discussed and agreed upon in advance
β’ All room & board fees must be paid prior to pickup
β’ Any veterinary expenses incurred after 10 weeks of age will be the responsibility of the buyer
β’ We do not hold puppies long-term without arrangements in place

Because many of our babies are tiny toy poodles, some may naturally need a little extra time with us to grow and thrive before heading home β and we always prioritize their well-being first.
