Payment & Puppy Reservation Policy

Please read all sections carefully before placing a deposit.

At Southern Belle Poodles, every puppy is raised as part of our family. Our reservation process is designed to ensure each puppy is placed in a stable, loving, lifelong home. Reserving a puppy is a serious commitment, and we ask families to be confident and prepared before moving forward.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit payments may be made using:

• PayPal (Friends & Family)

• CashApp

• GoodDog secure payment link

These electronic methods are accepted for deposits only.

Final payment must be completed either:

• In cash at pickup

OR

• Paid in full through the GoodDog link at least 3 days prior to pickup

If PayPal Goods & Services is requested for a deposit, all processing fees must be added to the total. A reservation is not considered complete until payment is received in full. If fees are not included, the puppy will remain available.

Deposit & Reservation Policy

A deposit officially reserves your chosen puppy and removes them from availability.

Deposits are:

• Non-refundable

• Non-transferable

• Applied only to the selected puppy

Deposits may not be moved to another puppy. Switching puppies leaves the original puppy without a committed home and disrupts our placement process.

If a family chooses not to move forward after placing a deposit, the deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to reserve another puppy.

We are always happy to answer questions before a deposit is placed. We encourage families to be fully confident in their decision.

Final Sale Policy

All puppy sales are final, except as stated in our written health guarantee.

A puppy is a long-term commitment. We strongly encourage research and preparation before reserving. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for reasons unrelated to the health guarantee.

If a puppy is returned outside of the health guarantee, no refund will be issued.

Pet Home Policy

Our puppies are sold as companion pets only and are not to be used for breeding.

Breeding rights may be considered for approved programs under a separate written agreement and additional fee.

Right to Refuse Placement

Southern Belle Poodles reserves the right to refuse a sale at any time if we feel a placement is not in the best interest of the puppy. If this occurs before pickup, all monies paid will be refunded.

Our priority is always the safety and wellbeing of our puppies.

Return-to-Breeder Commitment

If at any point in the puppy’s life the owner cannot keep them, the puppy must be returned to Southern Belle Poodles. We will always accept our puppies back to prevent them from entering shelters or unsafe situations.

This policy protects every puppy we bring into the world.
